Health and Life

Another year is all but past. Two months blink by and we will be bringing in the new year. The gift of health has permeated my heart, my mind and my life again this year. Friends and family seeming too young, too needed, and so loved have been summons to meet our maker! Disease and sudden illness have infested our lives and changed existence. So loudly I am again reminded that GOD gives our health and GOD grants us the gift of another day, another month, another year! I will again rejoice in HIS continual gifts. GIFTS we oft don't even recognize. 2010 approaches and without a doubt GOD will summons some to stand before HIM. I search my heart again, praising HIM for a Savior who was gracious and willing to pay the price for my sin. I recount the day I asked Jesus to be my Savior. I thank HIM that no man or government or principality can take that salvation from. Then I search my heart again and have to ask HIM to show me the ways I displease HIM and forgive me for putting myself and my wishes ahead of HIS great work. I work because I love HIM, I labor because HE first loved me, I hope my labor of love brings a smile to HIS heart, because I am HIS and HE is mine!

Brought to tears by HIS goodness

Today as I woke, I looked out upon the sun, blue skies and green grass. Trees are coming back to life, flowers that lay dormant in the earth are budding and life is all around. The beauty of this day is among the best of 2009. I had to give thanks and praise to God for HIS signature that is all around today! His handiwork is no accident. God you are magnificent! Your power surrounds me. You are so good. Today it is sun and blue beauty. Tomorrow it maybe a rushing wind, or pounding rain but you are the hope, power and sustenance behind it all. Thank you! Your patience and love for me amazes me!

Well, the tax season has officially begun. People are calling. I have already efiled returns. So get your paperwork together and let's get your taxes filed.
